As a designer, my role is so much more than pleasing the eye. In today's complex world, good design is about having the end-user in mind and creating unique experiences.

Whether I am designing a mobile app, developing a user-interface documentation or translating research insights into ideas, I use over 15 years of expertise in design, customer behavior, and various business models to create a picture of what my customer really values. I engage with people from across the organization to gain in-depth knowledge so I better understand the end-to-end journey and what design and interactions work best. Then, I deliver a design solution using a holistic, human-centered design approach. Design thinking helps me understand and empathize with people, spot opportunities, and create new experiences that build value for the customer and the business.
